Havermout-appel-brood<\/p>\n
250 gram havermout, gemalen<\/p>\n
30 gram gemalen lijnzaad<\/p>\n
30 gram pompoenpitten<\/p>\n
3 el kaneel<\/p>\n
3 eieren<\/p>\n
190 ml amandelmelk melk<\/p>\n
snuf zout<\/p>\n
2 kleine appels (Elstar)<\/p>\n
optioneel: 2 el rozijnen<\/p>\n
Bereiding:<\/strong><\/p>\n Verwarm de oven op 180 graden voor<\/p>\n Schil de appels en snijd deze in kleine stukjes<\/p>\n Maal de havermoutvlokken in de blender tot meel<\/p>\n Meng alle droge ingredi\u00ebnten door elkaar<\/p>\n Voeg de eieren en de melk erbij en mix dit met de blender of handmatig door elkaar. Indien het beslag te dik is, voeg wat meer melk toe<\/p>\n Schep de appel en de rozijnen (optioneel) door het beslag<\/p>\n Bekleed het bakblik met bakpapier.Zet het brood in de oven en laat dit 45 minuten bakken.
